Q. May I make a purchase if I am not a 67 Pall Mall Member?
A. Unfortunately, the Club Shop is only open to 67 Pall Mall Members. The Club reserves the right to void orders made by non-Members.

Q. I intend to buy both in-stock and preorder items. How is postage calculated?
A: Orders that include both in-stock and preorder items will incur separate shipping fees, as the items will be processed and dispatched individually. This ensures that your in-stock items are delivered promptly, while preorder items will follow as soon as they become available.

Q. How long will shipping take?
A. In-stock items will be shipped within 5 working days.
For preorder items, expected delivery will be listed on the product page.

Q. Would it be possible to self-collect at the Club?
