Designed by Head Pastry Chef Kelvin Chia and his team, our classic Christmas Rum Fruit Cake is a festive indulgence made with premium dried fruits, toasted nuts, and a warming hint of rum. This rich, aromatic cake is perfect for gifting, sharing, or as the centrepiece of your holiday celebrations.

Storage & Serving:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator, away from direct sunlight. For the best flavour and aroma, serve at room temperature or gently warm before enjoying.

Shelf Life:
Keeps for several weeks when properly stored. Can be frozen for up to 1 year. For extra moisture and a spirited touch, you may “feed” the cake with a little more rum after opening.
