Handmade in small batches by our kitchen team, led by Executive Chef François Mermilliod, our Duck Rillette is prepared in the classic French tradition. Slowly cooked until tender and gently seasoned, the duck is then folded into its own rich, flavourful fat, creating a silky, luxurious spread with exceptional depth.

Our rillette offers a perfectly balanced savouriness, ideal for pairing with crusty bread, pickles and charcuterie.
