Handmade in small batches by our kitchen team, led by Executive Chef François Mermilliod, our Foie Gras Terrine with Banyuls is prepared in the classic French tradition. The foie gras is gently seasoned, shaped, and cooked at a controlled temperature to preserve its silky texture and clean, buttery flavour.

Best served chilled and sliced, it pairs beautifully with toasted brioche and our house-made fruit chutney, whose bright acidity and gentle sweetness complement the torchon’s richness.
