Created especially for Lunar New Year, the Fortune Bak Kwa Angus Beef Wellington brings together tender beef tenderloin, aromatic mushrooms and honey-glazes smoky bak kwa, wrapped in flaky puff pastry as a celebratory centrepiece. Each order comes with a side of Fragrant Yam Rice, Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables and Kumquat-infused Gravy.

This item has to be ordered seven days in advance. Collection from the Club is available on weekdays between 16:00 to 19:00, except 17th and 18th February.
