Legend tells of Chang’e, the moon goddess who resides on the moon with the Jade Rabbit. In ancient times, mooncakes were offered during the Mid-Autumn Festival as a tribute to the moon, their round shape symbolising wholeness and reunion. Today, they remain the festival’s sweetest tradition – gifts of togetherness and celebration.
This year, we are delighted to join that tradition with the Club’s first-ever mooncake collection, handcrafted by Head Pastry Chef Kelvin Chia and paired with NV Roger Coulon, 1er Cru Heri-Hodie, Extra Brut for our own sparkling twist on a timeless custom.
Each set includes two mooncakes – your choice of traditional, modern, or a mix – presented in a beautiful 67-branded gift box. Whether gifted to loved ones or enjoyed beneath the autumn sky, these mooncakes mark a new tradition for our Club – one we hope will be shared for years to come.
Yuzu Lotus with Golden Yolk - 金柚澄月
A traditional baked mooncake filled with silky lotus paste, bright yuzu zest, and crunchy pumpkin seeds, with a whole Moutai infused salted egg yolk.
Dark Chocolate Caramel Crunch - 巧染菽帛
A decadent twist on a traditional mooncake, this modern vegan version pairs smooth dark chocolate brownies with luscious caramel and a medley of roasted nuts.
Pre-orders are open until Monday 29th September. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Mooncakes will be available for collection at the Club between Wednesday 1st – Sunday 5th October.
